For my Masters Thesis I researched semiotics and its relation to sound design. Below is a link to my essay and the two variations. With everything else being the same (Voice over and Music) with the only sound changing and how it impacts the audiences experience with the game.
The aim of the 'Good' sound design was to contrast the audience with that they were seeing with what they were hearing.
The aim of the 'Evil' sound design was to throw the audience into the games atmosphere and Lovecraftian horror art style.
“Interstealer” is a cinematic short film that follows the shenanigans of Juniper, an alien thief who navigates the intergalactic metro system. Confident in her pickpocketing skills, she targets innocent commuters, stealing the most stylish and cool objects in the galaxy, leaving behind a trail of empty pockets.
While at BU I reached out to some animators to work on their projects for sound design and this one stood out to me because of the art style and how fun the project looked.

I was the post-production sound designer with the challenge to create and enhance the audio for the monster and the tennis court he was playing on. This was a blast making a unique sound for the monster as it slowly approached the tennis player with each lurking step.
A story about the "American dream", immigrant perseverance, and family bonds.
I was brought on in the post sound department as a part of a school project to combine the filmmaking department as well as the TV Sound department and helped out with post sound organization as well as foley.
Three gods: Daystar, Æxgelos, and Kondür enter into a disagreement and use their abilities to obliterate each other. All this over... The final slice of pizza!
I was approached as a Sound Designer for the final week of publication to create the audio for the three gods and their abilities, adding emphasis to the their skills. I enjoyed the challenge in experimenting with different sounds to find the right one to fit the character and their powers. I am most proud of developing a unique sound that distinguishes each god and their personality.
